Zero-Party Data

Zero-Party Data: Zero-party data is information a customer intentionally and proactively shares with a brand, such as preferences, size or interests.

Zero-party data is information a customer intentionally and proactively shares with a brand, such as preferences, size or interests. It is collected through quizzes, preference centres, surveys and sign-up forms, and used to personalise offers and emails.

Because the customer gave it willingly, it is accurate, privacy-friendly and increasingly valuable as third-party cookies decline.
