Accessibility Statement

1. Commitment

The entity identified below is committed to making this website accessible, in line with international web accessibility best practices.

Although Decree-Law No. 83/2018 mainly applies to public-sector bodies, I adopt the same technical references and publish this statement as a voluntary commitment to the accessibility of the site.

2. Reference standard

I use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as the reference standard.

3. Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the reference standard, for the reasons set out in the following section.

4. Content and features with limitations

  • Third-party components, such as the cookie consent banner (CookieYes), the NeetoCal booking widget and embedded content from external platforms, depend on their respective providers and may not meet every WCAG 2.1 AA criterion.
  • Some calculators and interactive tools may present limitations when used exclusively with a keyboard or with screen readers in specific situations.
  • Decorative images and SVG icons are generally marked appropriately; however, in older or dynamically generated content some alternative text may still be incomplete.

When these limitations prevent access to essential information, I will, on request, provide the same content in an alternative accessible format.

5. Measures taken

The website was developed with the following accessibility goals:

  • semantic structure of headings and page regions;
  • full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator;
  • adequate colour contrast between text and background;
  • alternative text on informative images;
  • forms with labels and descriptive error messages;
  • respect for the operating system’s reduced-motion preference.

6. Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 23 October 2026, based on self-assessment (automated tools and manual testing). It will be reviewed annually and whenever the site undergoes significant changes.

7. Contact and feedback

If you encounter an access barrier or need content in an alternative format, please write to info@consultordemarketingdigital.pt. Please indicate the page, the problem found and, if possible, the assistive technology you use.

I reply within 5 working days and, whenever possible, provide the information in another format while the issue is being fixed.

8. Other channels

If you are not satisfied with the response, you can use the Electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico) or contact the National Institute for Rehabilitation, I.P. (INR).
