Connect WooCommerce to the rest of the business, no copy-pasting

I design and build integrations between your WooCommerce store and your ERP, CRM, invoicing or other tools, with mapped data, monitored errors and proper documentation.

In short

System integrations are automatic connections that let different tools exchange data, such as orders, customers, products and stock, without manual input. I connect WooCommerce stores to ERPs, CRMs, invoicing software and marketing platforms using the WooCommerce REST API, webhooks or tools such as Make and Zapier. It is for stores losing time and making mistakes passing information between systems.

Typical problems with disconnected systems

  • Stock that does not add up

Stock in the store and in the ERP or warehouse drift apart, so the store sells products that no longer exist or hides ones that do.

  • Invoicing done by hand

Every order is copied into the invoicing software, with delays and errors in tax numbers, addresses or rates.

  • Integrations that fail silently

A connection stopped working after an update and nobody was told until the data was days out of date.

How I design integrations

Before connecting anything, I define which system is the source of truth for each type of data and how fields correspond between systems. Then I choose the simplest sustainable method: an existing connector, a tool such as Make or Zapier, or a custom API integration.

  • A source of truth defined for products, stock, customers and orders
  • Documented field mapping across every system
  • The method chosen for reliability and ease of maintenance
  • Error logging, alerts and automatic retries when something fails

What you get

  • Integration design

A diagram of systems, data flows, sources of truth and sync frequency.

  • Data mapping

Field-by-field correspondence between systems, including transformation rules and edge cases.

  • Working integration

Connections configured and tested with real data in a staging environment before going live.

  • Monitoring and alerts

A run log and email or message alerts whenever a sync fails.

  • Technical documentation

How the integration works, where the credentials live and what to do when an error occurs.

How the work runs

  1. Discovery

I review the systems involved, the APIs or connectors available and the data that needs to flow.

  2. Design

I define sources of truth, field mapping, integration method and error handling.

  3. Build and test

I build the integration, test it with real and edge cases, and only then move it to production.

  4. Monitoring

I keep an eye on the first few weeks of operation and adjust whatever is needed.

Tools I use

  • WooCommerce REST API
  • Make
  • Zapier
  • Postman
  • HubSpot
  • Moloni
Which systems can you integrate with WooCommerce?

Any system that offers an API, webhooks, an official connector or, as a last resort, file import and export. Common links include ERPs such as PHC, Primavera or SAP Business One, invoicing software, CRMs and email platforms. I confirm feasibility once I have seen each system's documentation.

Are Make and Zapier enough, or is custom development needed?

In many cases Make or Zapier do the job well and are easier to maintain. High-volume integrations, complex logic or performance requirements can justify custom development. I recommend an approach once I understand the volume and complexity.

What happens if an integration fails?

Every integration has a run log and alerts, so failures are spotted quickly. Wherever possible, failed operations are retried automatically. The documentation explains what to check and how to fix the most common cases.

Do you maintain the integrations as well?

I can provide ongoing maintenance, since APIs and plugins change over time. Alternatively, the documentation lets your developer take on that role.
