Email and SMS automation for WooCommerce stores

I set up and run the flows, campaigns and segments that turn one-off buyers into returning customers. Everything is wired to your real WooCommerce data and built on valid consent.

In short

Marketing automation is the set of emails and text messages sent automatically in response to what each customer does: signing up, abandoning a basket, placing a first order or going quiet. I work with WooCommerce stores that already sell and want more repeat purchases without leaning entirely on ads. I handle the strategy, technical setup, copy and measurement.

What is included

  1. Email Strategy
  2. Email Campaigns
  3. Email Automation
  4. Email Marketing
  5. SMS Campaigns

Signs your email channel is underperforming

  • The list grows, email revenue doesn’t

You have plenty of contacts, but most have never received anything relevant after signing up. Without segmentation, every send is the same for everyone.

  • The newsletter is all there is

With no welcome, abandoned basket or post-purchase flows, the store relies on someone remembering to send campaigns and misses the moments of highest intent.

  • Unclear consent and deliverability

Nobody is sure who opted in, when, or whether the sending domain is authenticated. Emails land in spam and the GDPR exposure is never properly addressed.

How I approach automation

I start with your store data, not with an email template. First I make sure contacts, orders and consent records reach the platform correctly; then I build flows in order of impact, and only after that the campaign calendar.

  • Core flows first: welcome, abandoned basket, post-purchase and win-back
  • Segmentation by purchase behaviour: recency, frequency and monetary value (RFM)
  • Consent recorded and domain authenticated before sending volume goes up

Marketing automation services

You can engage me for just the piece you need or for the full retention programme. Each service has its own scope and deliverables.

How the work runs

  1. Diagnosis

I review your current email platform, the WooCommerce integration, live flows, list quality and sending history.

  2. Plan

I set out the priority flows and segments, the campaign rhythm and the metrics that will show whether the programme is working.

  3. Build

I configure integrations, forms, flows and templates, write the copy and test every message before it goes live.

  4. Measure and refine

I track attributed revenue, repeat purchase and deliverability, then adjust flows and segments based on what the data shows.

Which email platform should I use with WooCommerce?

It depends on list size, budget and whether you need SMS as well. I work with Klaviyo, Omnisend, Brevo, Sender and ActiveCampaign, among others. I recommend whichever fits your operation and your team.

Do I need a large list to get started?

No. Automated flows work from the very first sign-up and the first abandoned basket. With a small list, the priority is capturing consented contacts and making sure each one gets the right sequence.

How do you keep sending GDPR-compliant?

I set up forms with explicit consent, ideally with double opt-in, and store the date and source of every consent. Email and SMS consent are kept separate, and every message carries a simple way to unsubscribe. Final legal sign-off should come from your lawyer or data protection officer.

How soon will I see results?

Core flows start producing data as soon as they go live, but drawing conclusions needs a minimum sending volume. At the start of the project I agree which metrics to track and when it makes sense to judge them.

Are your emails and automations paying off?

The free simulator estimates, in euros, the profit you lose in flows, abandoned carts and retention, and shows what to fix first.
