Profit-led paid media for WooCommerce stores

I run Google Ads and Meta Ads for WooCommerce stores on one simple principle: every euro spent has to leave margin behind. Budgets, bids and product feeds are set by what your store actually earns.

In short

Performance marketing is paid advertising judged by the commercial result it produces. For WooCommerce stores I manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping and Performance Max), Meta Ads, product feeds and budget and bid strategy, with targets built from margin and contribution profit. It suits stores already spending on ads that want to know what genuinely makes money, and stores that want to start on solid foundations.

What is included

  1. Google Ads
  2. Meta Ads
  3. Full-Funnel Paid Media
  4. Budget & Bid Optimisation
  5. Product Feed & Catalogue Management

Where paid media usually leaks money

  • Healthy ROAS, thin margin

Campaigns look profitable in the dashboard, but ROAS ignores product cost, shipping and returns. Revenue goes up while profit quietly goes down.

  • Campaigns left on autopilot

Performance Max and Advantage+ decide where the money goes. Without a well-segmented feed and clean conversion signals, the algorithm chases what is easy rather than what is profitable.

  • Conversion data nobody trusts

Duplicate purchases, revenue sent with VAT in one place and without it in another, events lost to consent. When measurement breaks, automated bidding learns from the wrong numbers.

How I approach paid media

I start with the business numbers and only then open the ad platforms. Together with your team I agree margin by category and an acceptable acquisition cost, check that tracking can be trusted, and then build campaigns and feeds around those targets.

  • Targets built on contribution profit, with ROAS treated as a signal rather than the goal.
  • Campaign and feed structure segmented by margin, seasonality and role in the funnel.
  • Tracking validated before budgets move, so automated bidding learns from accurate data.

Performance marketing services

You can hand over full management or bring me in for the one area where you need help. Every service shares the same margin targets and the same measurement foundation.

How the work runs

  1. Account and measurement review

I go through your Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts, Merchant Center and conversion tracking to see where money is leaking and what is being measured badly.

  2. Margin model and targets

I turn product cost, shipping, fees and returns into ROAS and CPA targets per category, so every campaign has a clear profitable ceiling.

  3. Structure and launch

I rebuild campaigns, feeds and audiences around those targets, with every change documented and checked before it goes live.

  4. Optimisation and reporting

I monitor results continuously, adjust budgets and bids, and send a report that ties spend to profit rather than to platform metrics alone.

Do your ads make a profit after costs?

The free simulator works out the break-even ROAS for your margin and shows, in euros, how much ad spend does not pay back.

Why isn't optimising for ROAS enough?

ROAS measures revenue over ad spend, but it knows nothing about product cost, delivery or returns. Two products with the same ROAS can have very different profitability. That is why I use ROAS as a signal and set targets from contribution profit.

Do you manage Google Ads and Meta Ads together?

Yes. I run both platforms together where it makes sense, because each plays a different part in the funnel. I can also take on just one if the other is already in good hands.

Does my tracking need to be fixed before we start?

It isn't a precondition, but it is the first thing I check. If measurement has serious gaps, I recommend fixing them before spend increases, because automated bidding depends on that data.

What is the minimum ad spend to work together?

On the discovery call I assess whether your store's volume justifies ongoing management or whether a one-off audit is the better starting point.

Want to know which campaigns actually make a profit?

Book a discovery call. I will look at how your campaigns are set up today and tell you where I see margin being wasted.
