Complaints Book

1. Electronic Complaints Book

I make the Complaints Book available in electronic form at www.livroreclamacoes.pt. The platform lets you submit complaints, as well as requests for information, to suppliers of goods and service providers in Portugal. The platform is in Portuguese.

The Electronic Complaints Book is a platform managed and coordinated by the Directorate-General for Consumers (DGC).

2. Provider identification

When you fill in the complaint, you will be asked to identify the service provider. Use the following details:

Activity: growth consulting for online shops. The platform, managed by the Directorate-General for Consumers (DGC), forwards the complaint to the competent authority.

3. How to file a complaint

  • Go to www.livroreclamacoes.pt and choose the option to complain.
  • Select the sector of activity and identify the provider using the details above.
  • Describe the situation clearly, with dates, the service engaged and relevant references such as a proposal or invoice number.
  • State what you would like to happen to resolve it.
  • Keep the submission receipt.

4. What happens next

The complaint is forwarded to the provider and to the competent authority. I review every complaint received and reply within 15 days. The competent authority may follow up as provided by law.

5. Contacting me directly

Before, or instead of, using the Complaints Book, you can write to me at info@consultordemarketingdigital.pt. A direct conversation resolves many issues more quickly. I undertake to reply within 15 days and to propose a solution whenever a complaint is justified.

Contacting me directly does not affect your right to use the Complaints Book or any other legal remedy.

6. Complaints about third parties and personal data

Complaints about the operation, pricing or billing of third-party tools mentioned on the site should be addressed to the relevant provider. Complaints about the handling of personal data can also be lodged with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.

7. Alternative dispute resolution

If you are a consumer and the complaint is not resolved, you can turn to an alternative dispute resolution body. Details are on the Alternative Dispute Resolution page.

8. Personal data

The data you include in a complaint is processed to review and answer it, as described in the Privacy Policy. The electronic Complaints Book platform has its own privacy policy.
