Click-through rate (CTR) is the percentage of people who click after seeing an ad, link or email. It is calculated as clicks divided by impressions, multiplied by 100. In search results, a higher CTR means the title and description are attracting attention.
CTR alone does not prove success. Clicks only matter if they turn into conversions, so always read it next to conversion rate and cost per click.
